Paddle Board Yoga
Yoga is an ancient science of integrating the mind, body and spirit. The practice of yoga can bring health and vitality to the body by strengthening muscles, increasing circulation and improving concentration. Taking yoga onto the paddleboard empowers students and inspires confidence, while the serenity of the water brings peace of mind. Finding balance on the board, like listening to the breath helps take students away from the busy mind and find inner peace.
Go Paddle AZ provides all the Stand Up Paddle Board rentals and necessary equipment to get started. No need to transport anything. Just show up before class and we will get you and your classmates on the water in minutes.

About our SUP Yoga Class:
Adrian teaches all-levels Vinyasa StandUp Paddleboard Yoga classes that are accessible to those who are new to both yoga and paddling, as well as experienced practitioners. After a short paddle, students will be anchored together using a mooring system before class to ensure that everyone stays together and within earshot of the instructor. During class, you can expect to experience guided breathing, traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures, and posture modifications which allow for traditional postures to be more easily accessible on the water. All students are encouraged to only do as much as they are comfortable with and modifications are always offered and available. Classes end with Savasana and then students are invited to partake in some playtime on the boards to try anything that was not covered in class such as backbends, arm balances and inversions. Photographs of the class will be available for anyone who is interested!
Location: Pleasant Harbor Marina (driving directions and parking instructions). Reservations are a must. Please arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes prior to class time in order to sign out Stand Up Paddleboards and equipment w/ Go Paddle AZ.

Adrain Lesoing Bio:
My yoga journey began in January, 2014 when I discovered how to quiet my mind, how to challenge myself and how to let go. After my first time practicing StandUp Paddleboard Yoga, I knew this was meant for me. I completed my 200 hour teacher training at Yoga to the People in Tempe, AZ in September, 2014. In March, 2015 I completed my Paddleboard Yoga teacher training at Paddle into Fitness in San Diego, CA. I currently teach vinyasa classes on land and on the water throughout the Phoenix valley. My goal is to encourage my students to challenge themselves, but at the same time to honor their bodies while mindfully moving to the beat of their own breath.
